What is your return/exchange policy?

-We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for exchange, refund or store credit.  Item(s) must be in their original condition and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

-We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Soul and Little Rose will replace any defective item within 15 days after the delivered date on your order.

All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

-Please note: We only process exchanges that were purchased via this online store.

How should I ship my exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, you exchange must include the original receipt. You should ship your exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. Once your return is received at our warehouse it will take 5-10 business days for the credit to show back in your original form of payment or for an exchange to be mailed back to you.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Generally, if the item is in stock, it will leave our warehouse 3 to 5 business days after placing your order. Note this is the ("PRODUCTION TIME") estimated time for us to receive, prepare, pack and deliver your order to the courier.  This does not indicate the time it will take for you to get the order. TRANSIT TIMES vary from 3-10 days in the USA to 2-6 weeks international depending on your country and shipping method. We ship all our items from San Francisco, CA in the USA.

 

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

All our orders ship 1-5 business days after being placed unless a different shipping time is noted on the specific product page. Feel free to e-mail us anytime to get the status of your order and to obtain your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS. Make sure you include your order number in your e-mail.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail alerting you the order is on its way.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please email within 24 hours. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. 

 

What are my payment options?

What countries do you ship to? What about duties? 

We do offer international shipping. Your shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process once you have entered  your shipping information. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order due to possible customs inspections.
